waters...a stationary front will remain near or just south of the waters through tonight or Wednesday...as strong high pres eventually begins to build from the N. Meanwhile...Tropical Storm Fay will move northward across Florida...but may shift back W before reaching the local waters as the high to the N strengthens further. A tight pres gradient between the tropical storm and the high pres system will result in very strong winds across the marine area through late in the week. Marine interests should pay close attention to this potentially dangerous situation...and should refer to the latest advisories on Tropical Storm Fay from the National Hurricane Center.
