GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Interactive Graphic Designer to work in our fast-paced environment and generate a wide array of digital graphic elements. This position will support the Lead Graphic Designer in maintaining and enhancing the visual brand of Weather Underground as it appears across our web sites, mobile apps and emerging media platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create web page mock-ups / wireframes for new content pages for wunderground.com
- Design UI concepts and final graphic assets for mobile / tablet / emerging digital media platforms
- Follow existing design guidelines and help establish new ones
- Create interactive digital advertising banners for internal and external ad campaigns
- Create HTML emails for e-marketing campaigns
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Skills, knowledge and abilities
- Deep understanding of fundamental UI web design principals
- Experience designing for a variety of digital media platforms including traditional web and mobile interfaces
- Excellent attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision; quick turn arounds
- Motivated, self-starter with the desire to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency in HTML, Dreamweaver and CSS

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Associate Account Manager supports sales efforts in order to close deals, maintain accounts and win renewals. AAM will work in tandem with Sales and Development Teams to handle all account affairs including, but not limited to, properly documenting sales agreements, campaign insertion in to Weather Underground’s proprietary ad management system (AS5000), coordinating and tracking internal execution of plans and custom creative assets in order to successfully launch campaign, weekly traffic reporting to ensure overall campaign delivery and performance, and post campaign analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Management (80% of time)
- Campaign Set-Up – Collecting and organizing assets received from agency and custom elements.
- Adjustments – Pacing and creative optimization.
- Reporting – Running weekly traffic reports to identify under/over deliveries.
- Analysis - Proactively communicate with sales person of any big successes, inconsistencies, underperformance or any other campaign-related metrics.
- Billing – End of month billing reports to Accounting.
- Sales Support (15% of time)
- Contribute to the development of proposals in response to RFPs received from agencies.
- Generate screen grabs to verify campaign launch.
- Pull audience research data using various 3rd party tools such as ComScore, Quantcast, and Nielsen.
- Serve as next point of contact for clients when sales person is out of office.
- Operations Support (5% of time)
- Participate in meetings to discuss general usability and flow to proprietary ad management system, AS5000.
- Identify bugs in programming and alert appropriate Operations/Development team member.
