June 19th
Finally our wet pattern is changing.First we have to go through a cooler period for the end of this week,then a gradual warmer and more humid summerlike pattern takes over into next week.There will be chances of afternoon shwrs/thunderstorms,but these will be hit or miss,nothing like what we've had most of this month.
June 18th
Another round of storms today,but should not be as bad as yesterday.Very heavy line came through late afternoon with torrential downpours.I received .78 inches.Would not be surprised if some of the storms this afternoon drop heavy rains and a couple could reach close to severe level.After today,it looks to be beautiful weather the rest of the week and it looks like we finally get into a summery pattern starting this weekend.
June 17th
So we start the week off with possible severe weather.Models indicate that instability could be very high this afternoon,so everyone should stay alert for some rough weather developing.First in the west early to mid afternoon,quickly progressing east.
Winds and heavy rain are the greatest threat.Tomorrow,if we get enough sun we may have another round of severe storms as a front hangs around the area,before moving east tomorrow night.
